Payment:
Payment is exepected at the time of service. If you have insurance you will be expected to pay your estimated patient portion or the portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, several payment options are offered:
- Cash
- Personal Check
- Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
- Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3 month interest free payment plans. You can apply in our office or apply online by clicking here.
Insurance:
- We accept most plans where you can choose your own dentist
- We are "in network" providers for Delta Dental and Metlife insurance plans
